Services

AI employees, software and algorithms, from one in-house team

Product, design, development, data and AI under one roof. Nothing is outsourced, and every project is built by the people you meet.

AI agents · The work with the volume

Agents on the work that costs the most

Customer service, the phone, the back office and the leads that go cold. Private models where the data cannot leave, and a person in the loop wherever your rules require one.

What you get

  • Demand covered without hiring another shift
  • Hours back from service, phone and document work
  • Money, judgement and relationships go to a person, context attached

Request

A call, a chat, a booking

Agent

Your rules, your hours

Your systems

The record is updated

Hands to your team when judgement is needed

Demand comes in. The agent finishes it in your systems, or hands it to your team.

01

Customer service agents

The largest cost line for most companies, and the result is easy to measure.

The agent answers, resolves and updates the record across chat, email and the help desk. Handle time, resolution rate and the share of cases closed without a person are visible from the first week.

02

Voice agents

Phone work is large, hard to staff, and the before-and-after is plain to see.

It picks up, identifies the caller and finishes the routine call: a booking, a status, a balance, a simple change. Peak hours and after hours hold the same standard as a fully staffed line. A person takes the call when your rule says so.

03

Back-office automation

Document extraction and other repetitive work, at a volume that saves hours directly.

Invoices, forms, claims and incoming mail are read, checked and entered. The rule for a complete document sits beside the extraction, and anything short of it is queued for a person.

04

Sales and lead agents

Slow follow-up loses leads. This one is tied to revenue.

A new lead is answered, qualified and booked while the conversation is still warm. The agent writes into the CRM and hands a live opportunity to your team, with the history attached.

05

Private and local LLMs

Regulated work cannot send data to a public model. This is where we differ.

Models run on your servers or a private cloud. Finance, healthcare and work under NDA stay inside the building, with the same agents on top.

06

Integrations, guardrails and handoff

Agents act inside your systems, and stay inside the limits you set.

Bookings, records and tickets are written in the tools you already run. Your rules decide what an agent may do. Money, clinical judgement and a relationship go to your team, with the context attached.

Custom software · The tools people open

Software fitted to the operation

Internal apps, one view of the numbers, a place the customer opens, and the connections between the systems you already pay for.

What you get

  • The spreadsheet the team runs on, replaced
  • One figure the room can decide from
  • Customers served without adding another line

One live view. The exception is already marked.

01

Internal tools and workflow apps

A fast win that replaces the spreadsheet the team actually runs on.

Approvals, handoffs and the daily checklist move into one app your people open. It follows the way the work already happens, and it is usually live before a larger system has left procurement.

02

Dashboards and data platforms

Faster decisions, and the ground the other systems stand on.

One live view of the operation, and an alert when a number leaves the range you set. Under it, one source for the figures, so a later agent or algorithm is not reading five versions of the truth.

03

Customer apps and portals

A direct relationship with the customer, and less load on the service team.

Ordering, booking, accounts and reports live where the customer opens them. The counter, the inbox and the phone keep the questions that actually need a person.

04

System integrations and APIs

Most companies run ten or more tools that do not talk to each other.

Orders, customers and stock move between the systems you already pay for. One connection, owned by you, instead of a person retyping the same record.

Algorithms · The plan, on a deadline

The costly decisions, settled by the numbers

Who works, what you will sell, which route the order takes, and what it should cost. Labour, fuel and margin, recalculated when the day changes.

What you get

  • A rota in minutes, not days
  • Staff, stock and cash planned from the same forecast
  • Fuel, idle time and margin taken back into the plan

A plan

Minutes, not days

Rules, skills and demand go in. A plan comes out, and can be rebuilt when the day changes.

01

Scheduling and workforce planning

Labour is the largest cost in many businesses. Days of planning become minutes.

Skills, contracts, shifts and preferences are held at once. A full rota in minutes, and a new one when someone calls in. The planner can see why each assignment was made.

02

Demand and sales forecasting

Sharper staffing, stock and cash planning, and an input the other algorithms use.

A forecast per store, ward or product line, refreshed as the week comes in. Schedules, purchasing and pricing then start from the same expected demand.

03

Route optimisation and order dispatch

Less fuel, less time, lower cost, and deliveries that arrive sooner.

Routes for fleets and field teams are rebuilt when traffic or demand changes. Incoming orders are matched to drivers, kitchens or warehouses as they arrive.

04

Dynamic pricing and revenue management

Often the fastest gain in margin.

Price moves with demand, capacity and the rules you set: a floor, a ceiling, and what you will not discount. The same logic covers rooms, tables and delivery slots.

We take a product from 0 to 100: shaping the idea, making a clear plan, building it and keeping it running as it grows.
